Thanks for this link Brian, good stuff. Don't forget to tell your readers about the Radio Netherlands "Have Your Say" program on the D.R. Congo scheduled for January 19th. It seems that they are able to receive and process comments in multiple languages for their broadcasts. These guys are good.
